Emule	Edonkey	Same as Emule Plus's General Comments .... less features then Emule Plus though
Emule Plus	Edonkey	Although you can use Shareaza for Edonkey networks, this is a GREAT edonkey tool, which many bugfixes and improvements in every release.... so if you do find a bug somehow... it will not be in this program for long
Frostwire	Gnutella 1 = ???	Best Gnutella Client I have tried. It IS a "takeoff" of Limewire
Shareaza	Gnutella 1 & 2, Bit Torrent, and Edonkey	Uses multiple networks, the ability to block people from uploading off you, (for those pesky people uploading 3+ files at a single time off you, eating your bandwidth), You can block certain content based on the content of the file, or the IP of the other person, and many more features then other edonkey and gnutella clients separately, much less put together in a single program
UTorrent	Torrents	I dont use many torrents since I do not have high speed yet and most of the files in torrents are larger, but I do find this to be "hands down" the best torrent downloading program I have tried

NOT TO MENTION LOTS OF SPYWARE. Acting like he owns "Gnutella", attacking any programmer that tries to make their own program that uses the Gnutella Protocal
Edonkey	Edonkey	Emule, with banner ads and spyware..

WinMX	Use to be good for mp3s, still alive thanks to Open-nap servers that can be found on certain forums, but its really "a shell of its former self" ... if you use it and like it, just know it use to be alot BETTER.
Imesh	DIED WITH KAZAA APPLICATIONS ! Same Network as Kazaa Lite (might as well use Kazaa Lite Loaded with spyware ** Even the "clean imesh" (build of imesh with spyware completely removed) is really not worth it.... if you want the Fasttrack network... See the Link in the left panel called "Kazaa Clone Information"
