Found a Program call "Super G" that is a video converter, that in my testing ... WORKS VERY WELL. It even converts FLV from say "YouTube") to other formats like AVI, MPG, or WMV.

AVG Antispyware did do good in alot of areas, but did report ALOT of false positives
The former Favorite of many users, "Spybot" rated POOR
- I still like this program for "Tea Timer" ... if you have used Window Patrol (or "win patrol" I can not recall the exact name) freeware, its very similar as it can block the startup items that automatically add themselves, however I have found that WP keeps asking me over and over, when these items try to add themselves after you run the program (the first time they add themeselves if when you install that program)
- Spybot can remember what you want blocked, so although you may see a little popup that it just blocked something, it will not keep prompting the user and after you install a certain number of programs, the number of them that WOULD ask you over and over can reallly add up ...
- needless to say, i find this very handly, but for spyware scanning .. I really do not trust Spybot anymore (not until they really do an overhaul and make it one of the best scanners (detection wise) again.
Spyware Sweeper apparently use to be PCWorld's top pick, but detection wise, has slipped a bit. They still complement the software though.
