While this is a great editor, this is "no Paint shop Pro" or "Photoshop Elements", this has alot of powerful tools, including one of my favorites, called Gammacast (A combo contrast/saturation editor) that as long as you keep it in the 100% (the original image) to 150% range (Max 150 .. i usually use @120 on my digitial camera pictures) ... can really enhance your images... like alot of effects though, DONT "OVERUSE" IT, or at least save the image as another file

(file.jpg can be saved as "edited_file.jpg" )  .. or even create a zip file if there are alot of images, then make that zip file read only, so you will always a backup of the original images, just in case you find later on that you ... "over-edited" ... just a tip
